Before Eric George created Second Chance Pallets in Saginaw, Tarrant County, Texas, he lead the Joint Strike Fighter F-35 Mission Systems and Software Integrated Product Team (IPT), an incredible $7 billion assignment that put out close to a half-million line items over the production life cycle.
Eric George’s previous program management assignments concerned the routine management of a $130M per year operation that was responsible for the management, development, & maintenance of an intricate command & control system. Eric George’s operation was also the reason behind the management and development of an intricate, complex multi-domain Strategic Command system, as well as being the Omaha site operations lead.
Eric George of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas was solely responsible for two large-scale program reversals that produced highly rated customer service approval that was seen in the prosperity in sales, orders, and EBIT by double digits.
Finally, Eric George’s vast experience through the management of a subcontract relationship enabled him to conduct work content under $600M Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) work orders and maintaining the operations of a multi-disciplined advanced engineering programs group. This group was responsible for the formation of new products & strategic developments.
